Visited KFC for dinner on way back from Speedway meeting. Quite a lot of people visiting at this time. Ordered the buckets with 8 pieces plus you get 2 sides, went with chips and potato gravy, way too much on the latter. 8 pieces fed two of us, was nice chicken the normal KFC way.

It was revolting, can't even rate it half a star.
This has to the the worst prepared kfc ever. ALWAYS running out of chicken! Sometimes an hour before they close! If they are not out of chicken they will be out of something else. Food is up to standard tho and moist of the staff and good
Very disappointing. The service was incredibly slow. The young boy serving would serve 1 person then walk off for a couple of minutes before serving the next. There was a huge queue. I ordered a 2 piece pack. My chicken was very small and I didnt get any serviettes or spoons

Went through the drive through with 2 people in the car and a crying baby. Waited 20 minutes. Wanted to pay separately so my daughter ordered hers and paid cash. Went to order mine and was told we couldn't as there was only 1 order per car. Asked if we could refund order and replace both orders together. Refunded money and was told we had to drive to the next window to order where we were told we had to park and go inside to order. No thanks!
Super fast service lately, what's changed?
When we drove in the drive through was long and moving slowly so we took our chances walking in for takeaways. The inside was clean. Service was friendly, but they were very understaffed and very slow. The numbering system for takeaway wasn't clear on the receipt and we waited 15 minutes for our order. In the end we received the wrong drink with our order and had it swapped without receiving a change refund (price was cheaper for the drink we ordered but couldn't bother holding anyone up to recieve our money back). They have potential but need better trained staff and more of it. Food tasted great.
