My dogs go for daycare and have so much fun and when I go away they love having their own holiday at wags! The team is great, can handle medications easily, and always makes sure my jumping dogs can't escape. Booking online a is great option for me because I often forget to call during their business hours.

Caring pet hotel with good rates. The staff are friendly too. I love how they upload the photos of the doggies every now and then which is one is the things that the owners are looking forward to during their trip while the dogs are left at Wags.

Brilliant friendly service. Notification updates were great. Tui our cat ate their food for the first time ever. She is a very fussy cat and they looked after her well. They even posted pics of her on their Facebook page.

Great set up here with kennels which have access to an outdoor space. Very clean. Great exercise areas too. Our dog was happy to see us on our return of course, but appeared well looked after by Wags
