Normally the service is pretty good however today the older lady behind the counter was extremely rude and sarcastic. She asked for my email address so when I started to spell it out to her she raised her hand for me to stop instead of just telling me nicely to slow down and then basicly shoved my pills in a bag and tossed them over the counter. She then also insulted an Asian customer that she was dealing with before me. I've never come across someone so rude, ignorant and racist. Life pharmacy you need to teach your staff about customer service or maybe just hire nicer people cause that behaviour is unacceptable.

Very slow service waited for more than 20 mins for precriptions. Got charged ticket for parking on 10 mins because it took too long

Terrible!. Chemist is slow as a wet week!! Asked 3x to open box and show me testing kit had 2 portals for ketone and bsl measures...patheticaly slow at responding. Don't go if u want helpful serviceprompt, aint going to happen.

Not happy at all, went to the shop last week and tried to find something. 2 people who worked there walked away rudely when we approached. They are not even trying to help you. Maybe it is better just not to go there anymore. I wouldn't even give them one star if I could. So unprofessional and rude.

Was extremely dissapointed with the service received here the other day. The lady behind the counter who served my friend was rather rude in her approach. The way she spoke to the elderly gentleman could have been approached in a better way.
