Have requested them to do an as built plan. Coincidentally, our builder also used them to do the building setting which we had no knowledge of. They invoiced us everything and it took us so much effort to find out our builder requested it. Lim had very bad internal communication within their company. We paid for our part but they refused to release the plan and forced us to chase up our builder's money. I had no choice but to keep chasing up our builder as we need the as built plan. Tried to explain to Sue but she doesn't think holding up our plan is an issue... all the excuses saying that she is not holding up our plans to force us to chase up our builder for her but in the matter of all the facts she is. Got hung up at the end! The surveyor is impossible to get hold of, no updates provided in between, require you to chase up all the time but still no reply at all... same as other bad comments: money hunger and its like banging your head on the wall when dealing with Sue and Jimmy (the surveyor). All truth. Another sad, disappointing case here. Would avoid doing business with them as it was a nightmare. It creates so much stress...

Lim Surveyors is an effective company. The communication was smooth and I did not experience any difficulties. They do their job professionally and quickly at a very fair price. Highly recommended.

Speed: very good. Cost: very good. Communication: average. Lim Surveyors attended the site a day earlier than communicated, which meant I was not available to answer a query, which meant they made a wrong assumption. From a first time survey client point of view, I offer advice to others to ensure you discuss with your surveyor what you would like to do in the event a boundary peg would be installed from inside a neighbour's property. Do you or the surveyor have the affected neighbour's permission to enter their property, or if not, is an offset peg inside your own property acceptable?

Money-hungry. Cant properly converse in English. Very quick to judge me and my wife were not going to pay. Unprofessional. Spoke to Sue and Jimmy before, hard to talk to..it was like banging my head on the wall!

One of the staff "Y" did advise me also about the company taking bonds and money for processing work permits and pr. Not sure if the staff is dishonest or the company. But this is the second time I have hear this. 2 Starts till this matter is investigated !
