Our washing machine gave up the ghost recently late on a Thursday. I called this repair service to find they were closed on the Friday. I phoned again on Monday morning to arrange for a serviceman but was told they were booked up for at least 2 weeks. I was wished good luck when I said I can't wait that long. With that sort of wait list surely this business needs to address its demand, or go out business.
Lithgow were too busy to look at our dishwasher, so I got another company to look at it who for 80 condemned it as uneconomic to repair. After buying a new dishwasher for 800, took the old one to Lithgow who fixed it with a 43 part, very quickly. All good as far as I'm concerned, a good business will always be busy with repeats and recommendations.
