This is vintage camping with all the fun of your childhood. Great eco facilities and beautiful valley setting. Lovely hosts and small camp so not busy, very welcoming. We've had a great time and will come again.

Eel feeding. MEGA slippery slide for the brave kiddos. The sound of a stream to put you to bed - a good plug deserves it. This is a great break away close to Christchurch. Plenty to explore. Kids loved it (us adults too). Will be back.

Brilliant if your after a real camping experience. Clean toilets. Friendly staff. Excellent loop track up the hill. Almost like a maze. The kids loved it.

Beautiful surroundings- Right in the middle of the bush with birds singing and near a stream. Perfect. Marcus was lovely to deal with and incredibly accommodating. Loved the showers!!! Not so great - self-composting toilets/upgrade of playground. Would stay again. !!

What a great little camp ground. With everything you need for a family camping holiday. We stayed for show weekend and Marcus was obviously working hard to make sure everyone has a great time. Marshmallows by the fire, massive slippy slide and an eel filled stream. We loved it. We'll be back
