I would like to say thank you to the wonderful owner of this beautiful shop. I had bought a chakra stone pendant which I absolutely love but it kept coming separate n I just put it together with glue.. n I am always scared of loosing it as its the only crystal necklace I have. n I went in there today to see if the owner cud help with that. To my utter surprise he gave me another pendant as a back up if I loose part of my own one !! I cudnt believe how kind n caring he was. Absolutely recommend this shop to everyone who is into beautiful crystals .. sending this love n the owner lots of blessing n well wishes. Thabk you
This is a great shop! Friendly staff and great gems. They went above and beyond to get a pendant for my wifes birthday sent to me quickly. Highly recommended!
The shop is great with a huge variety of different rocks and jewelry with a lovely young knowledgeable lady as the manager. Especially great for kids to start of their rock collecting hobby, with lots of information available. There is also some beautiful collectors rocks for the more discerning and serious people, well worth the stop and have a very good look around.

Fantastic service. The gentleman's knowledge of his products was great. Service was incredible. He took ques that I didn't want the Lady to know what I had purchased with care. Great items some very rare hand carved etc. I purchased a beautiful West Coast Greenstone which had been hand crafted by a local man. It's meaning was very significant to the Lady and being unique made it extra special for her. She purchased a few items for her massages which leave me feeling relaxed and in less pain when I leave, than when I arrived. I'm sure that physios don't mean to cause more pain but they generally do. SADLY, after only 3 weeks one of the multi crystal necklaces she purchased for 10 broke. It hadn't cost her much but considering what I spent I expected that he would simply exchange the cheap broken item.. . BUT OH NO. His reaction was to tell her to glue it back together. Then set about trying to sell her something of a similar nature but made of silver and real gem stones. I was stunned. While they were talking I had picked out nearly 2000 worth of quality items. Needless to say I didn't purchase them. What I thought was a great shop, is but an upseller, a money grubber. With little value of repeat customers. A 10 replacement would have earned him approx 2000 in New sales. Instead he lost all my future business and I sincerely hope that those of you who read this select other shops in Dunedin and Otago for your crystal and hand crafted Greenstone.
