The moment you walk in you have a sense of feeling relaxed and looked after by these lovely people. From the lovely smells and hot foot soak /wash with flowers in the water when you walk in, to the amazing massage with just the right amount of warmth and pressure. You are really looked after well during your time here. I've been here twice now and will definitely be back again!

I really like Tai massage from Lotus Touch. It was so wonderful. When i entered the shop smells good. And also good smell of oil while I was getting a massage. The place where I get massage made me feel comfortable and it was arranged beautifully. In addition, the massage helped me relieve my fatigue with hot stone and the service was so good. I want to go again!!
Excellent service and reasonable price. Place smelt wonderful on arrival and i loved the water sounds in the massage room and the room was lovely and warm. I booked a 1hour massage and the lady i saw was calm, kind with a strong but gentle touch. The hot stones were a wonderful and i left feeling so relaxed in mind and body. I was wondering what to get my husband for his upcoming birthday and now i know ! he will love a massage at lotus touch. I highly recommend this place based on my recent experience.
I had my massage on Monday and it was an amazing massage, totally worth to drive from North Shore to West Auckland. Hot stones so so impressed with the incorporated in the massage. Extremely value for money, excellent, friendly and efficient service. keep up the good work, will be definitely coming back again

Great service, great staff, very nice decor. The staff is friendly and very professional... I felt relaxed and refreshed after the massage.. Was sore from a ski session, so this was perfect to get the muscles back to shape
My husband and I had a couples massage. It was so relaxing! We both left feeling fantastic. Very reasonable prices. Totally recommend.
