Great customer service, walked in expecting a wait but was started on straight away! Turned out exactly how I wanted and my natural nails have never looked better. Thanks Four Seasons :)

I have been coming here for years and received exceptional service in terms of nail quality and customer service, however this time I was very disappointed. On Monday I went in for a gel manicure on my natural nails and the girl helping me was incredibly rude and stuck up. I found the manicure process to be quite painful, which I have never experienced before. Soon after leaving the salon my cuticles were all raw, red and bleeding. As well as this, the nail polish was leaking onto my skin and did not look professionally done at all, I know black nail polish is hard to work with but it just wasn't up to standard and I felt like I could have done it myself at home. I was very upset following my visit and am contemplating coming back because I have always received good service in the past so this was a huge let down for my friend and I (she is also a regular customer).

I made an appointment but that didn't seem to matter has place was full and I still had to wait but not for too long. Nail technician cut me three times but not entirely her fault as my cuticals are quite weak. Ok job of nails.

I had a booking the other day and waited 30mins before I got tired of seeing people walking in and being seen before me so I left. Had checked in at the counter on time too. I don't live locally either so was disappointed to have made my way out there for nothing.
