In October 2020 - I had a stereo and reverse camera installed, the guy at the main desk was very unprofessional, rude and quiet sloppy. Never stood up from his chair just sat down leaning back and not really taking much notice of anyone in the store. However when i returned today (January 2021) i was greeted by two lovely ladies who had a tech take a look at something for me (he was very helpful and friendly), they were very lovely to talk to, both ladies (One named Georgia) standing up and welcoming everyone as they walked through the door, they made my second experience coming here a really good one. Thank you

Went in just before xmas for a quote, hoping for a stereo plus speakers for my van prior to new years. They were fully booked, and thats fine, left my details waiting for a call or email for when they were able to fit me in. No contact for a month so went back in, they'd written my number down wrong, and no attempt at an email, fine, went through full quote again for a head unit and speakers. Needed van a couple of weeks after quote, booked me in for first thing this morning (a Friday) as needed for trip away this weekend, and explained that I needed back by lunchtime. Half an hour later the workshop call me up saying was way more work than what was quoted and I'd have to bring the van back another day. I rang back saying I could delay and they could have the van the whole day, but they said couldn't do and the head unit wasn't in stock anyway. Instead of actually sorting their F up they tell me to go away. I'd give zero stars if I could AVOID

Ordered a part off these guys 3 months ago... still haven't got it. They haven't updated me once, I keep calling every week or so and the young people at the desk blankly say not much... Not super impressed. I can't comment on their car audio installation service. Maybe this is where they shine?
Customer service not good. FOH was to quick to get us out the door and would not take listen or take the time to get a proper quote. Yeah it is closing time but come on customers first ain't it??
