Had a great experience at Bluebelle with Emma! She made me feel comfortable when trying dresses on and the environment she had created is so lovely and makes you feel like royalty! The range of dresses there is really good and it never felt like she was trying to push a sale on me. Highly recommend.

TLDR: Salesperson was kind, warm and welcoming. We had the entire beautiful store to ourselves for the appointment and can't want to decide which of the stunning dresses the Bride will pick! We arrived just as one bride was finishing up her appointment. We were welcomed into the store and given an opportunity to browse the dress collection. Once our appointment started Bride was asked what she was looking for, what her wedding would be like, the weather etc. We were allowed to pick whatever dresses we liked and there was a lot of variety in styles/shapes. Salesperson was very kind, warm and welcoming, and was very respectful of Bride's privacy/modesty. This was a huge thing for Bride and made the experience so much more relaxed and comfortable. She encouraged us to have fun and was not pushing or rushing us at all. She fitted the dresses to Bride and had white fabric so we could see what it would look like in a different colour (this really helped sell the dress for us). The couch/chairs and decor were comfortable and beautiful. She encouraged us to take photos and wrote down all the dress details for us, answering all of our questions with kindness. We cannot recommend this place enough, really amazed it doesn't have more positive reviews. P.s. She's working on getting a liquor licence to offer drinks in store during fittings - can't wait to come back!

Emma was amazing to communicate with prior to arriving and Sarah, who helped me try on dresses, made the process very comfortable and welcoming. I found my dream dresses, would highly reccomend!! 10/10
It has almost been a year now and the experience I had here still upsets me. When I got there, the shop was closed and the lady was late. She still had to open up the shop which was unfair as this was cutting into my appointment time. Then she couldn't find my details in the computer system so I had to give all my details again, this was still cutting into my appointment time. To make things worse, I had travelled out of town with my Mum and sister for this appointment. Dresses were either too small or plus size so none were fitting properly, I am a size 12. Sweet treats and and tea was suppose to be provided... but nothing. It was my first bridal experience and it was not enjoyable.
Appt put back. Had to wait outside in cold for owners husband to bring shop keys. Shop was cold no heater on. No dress over size 12. Not alot of variety of dresses. Not good quality fabric for the prices wanted for the dresses.
