The woman at the queesnagte store (with the beautiful eyes) is so fabulous! Though All the staff are friendly and helpful, often they don't have the correct size in store but they do their best to accommodate finding what you need, thank you ladies!

My experience at the Queensgate store was not the greatest. I had gone in on Sunday 2nd Feb 2020 at 2pm and when I entered the store there was only one customer service person serving on the till. I needed some help with selecting a bra and she was not able to help me so I waited around only to find out that there was another customer service lady in store however she was in the back room and she did not come out and help. The store was busy as one would assume it to be being a Sunday. I walked out of the store after waiting for half an hour. Very disappointed.
