Craig is always professional and supports me to achieve my fitness goals. He takes time to listen to what I want to achieve, and designs interesting programmes to meet my goals. Craig is patient and clearly explains exercises to ensure I am carrying them out safely. I appreciate the way he will change times whenever possible if I have work or family commitments. I always feel he gives me his full attention whenever I attend a session. I would totally recommend Craig Walker Personal Training to anyone wanting to embark on their fitness journey!
