I ordered 2 pizzas and one came burnt. Was wondering why they didn't post a picture of it on the quality control and now I know why. Very nice delivery driver though.

We order Dominoes every Weds, as it's our Fish n Chips equivalent . I dont put up a review as pizzas are always the same. Difference today was our delivery person Cameron, such a funny guy, super engaging, just a genuine happy person!! Hire more staff like him

Fantastic customer service and nice pizza great place to to grab lunch. I recommend domino's pizza lower Hutt to any Pizza lover's out there to stop by and grab a bite. Great deals too!

After waiting 5 mins to even be acknowledged of my existence the man on the phone finally gets another worker to assist me with my pick up order. Not impressed to be ignored. I can see he's in the middle of a phone order but. A smile or subtle acknoledment isn't too hard. Also who ever cuts the pizzas needs to learn how to cut a pizza. We had to re cut it ourselves as we couldn't pull out any pieces as it wasn't cut though to the base.

Had a value pizza half and half which was fine, chicken bites also fine but only just warm. The vanilla milkshake was terrible. Sickly sweet, like it was melted french vanilla ice cream. (Which it looked like when it was made). Problem was I phoned them to tell them and no apology or even a thank you for telling them! Unbelievable really. But reading others' reviews it seems common practice. Perhaps a bit of training around customer service would be beneficial. Unlikely to return.

I found the staff so pleasant and the service excellent although very busy ,no order upsets or confusion, even little ones collecting their own pizzas with a happy smile on their face ,runs like a well oiled machine

Had an usual exp but can not accept total lies I was waiting over 10mins and since my order not coming thru did ask why, answer was a system error which is really easy going reply. It was so nice if I am been told the truth. Also offered free something but I didn’t accept as I was lied. Mistake happens mate.

The young lass that took my order was bright and cheerful. First time I had ever been in that shop. First time in years. I read about a Dominos guy giving a homeless guy a job. I thought better suppirt them. As a bonus the pizza was tasty and enjoyable.
