Efficient immediate response
7/2/2017 perfect response from owner Craig to my request for help with my auto garage door. Telephoned exactly when he said he would. Serviceman telephoned me 15 minutes before arriving so I could meet him on site. Serviceman knew exactly what to do. Was efficient and had the necessary requirements for repair on board his van. Wish all companies were as responsive and as reliable. What a difference it makes when things go wrong. Thank you Helen
Our 13 year old Garador sectional door had issues, Doorcity arrived next day and spent considerable time trying to fix it, in the end a new door opener was also required (with 7 year warranty for the one we got). We were very impressed with the service and new opener
