My masks arrived today. Although the wait was nearly a month, I do appreciate you had to prioritise Aucklanders and essential workers following the massive rush on masks we had in the last month. I also appreciate the effort you made to email me regularly with updates and I'm glad I waited. They fit SO WELL and look awesome! I like the fact that the elastic doesn't hook around the ear, and the metal strip for the nose is of generous length for moulding. The stitching is excellent too.

I ordered 4 masks 3 weeks ago. Was told 7-10 days and then another 7-10 days. I haven’t had a update in a while and emailed for an update. They have my nearly 100 and my husband had no mask to take the train this morning. EDITED TO REPLY TO OWNER: I got the generic updates that provided no truthful timeframes (your website insists it's a 7 day wait, not 3 weeks). You have to provide REAL timeframes and stick to them, it's just basic customer service. Also, I finally got a refund yesterday because I bought elsewhere. You really should cease taking further orders until you clear your backlog.
Ordered 4 flags over 2 months ago after seeing you on TV. Spent over 400 and have not received our flags. Previous review a month ago said that you were running 7-10 days from order. We have waited 61 days and have nothing. Sent a follow up email one month ago and Kathryn replied to say she would get back to us in regards to the wait time. We have not received an email back from Kathryn since. Really disappointed
Sign on the door said they were running 7 - 10 days from order. it was 15 days since my order and the response I got was "so are 2,000 others" as if that was my fault. I waited 10-15 mins to be told come back the following afternoon and it will be ready. It wasn't so after 16 days wait I had to wait another half hour for them to make one. With no real apology. Post Owners Response Post You never mentioned anything about E Mails Or Prioritization of Auckland Health Workers The Communication was completely in your control Having both my E mail and Phone number and The sign on your door being wrong. I would have appreciated a sincerer apology at the time instead you made a promise to have ready the next day and when I turned up I had to wait for you to make it. So at best your response is inaccurate.
Paid 135 over 4 weeks ago, followed up twice (2nd time over a week ago asking for a refund) no reply, no refund, no product, no update emails as specified. If the business cannot cope with the influx of orders then don't take people's money! UPDATE: Flagmakers finally did the honourable thing & refunded my money (after multiple emails & a 6 week wait). Thank you.
Masks took over a month and it was difficult to get in contact with the company.
Extremely helpful, really friendly, and great flags - they really know their stuff.
