Great service - they phoned me very shortly after receiving the contact form I lodged through their website. They told me upfront how their cost structure worked. They came and retrieved our dead TV, diagnosed the problem, gave us a price to fix it, and returned and reinstalled the fixed tv all in under a week. The longest part of the process was waiting for the new component to arrive. Would definitely use Hanlons again - they make repairs easy and stress-free.

Took a faulty TV to them. They initially said that we will take 75 over the phone for inspection but in actual they charged 86 frm wife. I realized they don't mention the GST while quoting stuff n that is misleading. They were supposed to let us know in 24 hrs but told us after 3 days that they will charge us 380 more to fix it. The customer service during the ordeal wasn't gr8 as well. Sorry, but it is not an unfair review. You might have said GST over the phone but I didn't heard it since you don't expect separate quote for GST. The customer service is also not gr8 bcoz I haven't been helped at all. I m writing what I felt as a customer.
