I send a request through to this company in 21 Feb, heard from them about a week later, then nothing!!!!! I rang the company, oops forgot to pass on your details to the new person in sales position! Was told and received a copy of email requesting someone to contact me. Now 26 March, and NOTHING!!!!! Would not waste my time and money contacting this company again. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Will never use again, installation work was rough, tradesman turned up hangover on Saturday (as they forgot to finish the job during the week). Once I had paid called in the lawyer as I had further problems and they just never wanted to make a time to come back, you know something is really wrong if they send lawyers letters to try and deal with your problems, it's like they have done it before! Saying all of that, the actual windows were a good product, it is the company and people that let them down.

They sold me a double hung aluminium window that worked fine for the first 2 years. Now it won’t open correctly and needs some sort of repair to fix it. When I contacted them they weren’t interested and said they no longer make this type of window. I suspect its due to faulty products or bad workmanship. I would not recommend them

Really poor communication (a black hole) on joinery delivery delay. No communication as to new commitment. Many messages unreturned.

Good product & installers were great. Customer service and communication from the office/salespeople was terrible. Delays and rude people to deal with - would not recommend.
