Quick to respond, very helpful and came straight away.
I have just recently moved to Petone and had to have a gate custom made for my new home and I could not be more happy or grateful for the quality and service that I have received from Ron and his team. While waiting for my gate to be made, Ron and the guys put a temporary gate up for me as I had two senior dogs that I was worried about and this was done at no extra cost to me - amazing!! I know that Ron had to unexpectedly leave the country to tend to some unexpected and urgent family matters recently, but his team were amazing to deal with whilst coping with an extra heavy workload. My gate is very well made and I couldn't be more happy with the finished product and I would not hesitate to use Ron and his team again. Thank you for going the extra mile for me. :)
What a helpful man! Knowledgeable and happy to make an alternate suggestion even tho it meant he wouldn't have any financial gain. Will be keeping HIS card for another time! A man with good ethics.
Highly disappointed with the customer service I have experienced with McMillan gates. Ron came and measured for a quote a couple of months back, multiple calls and emails and still no quote. Sad really as I wanted to use this company to support local and although I have had apologises from them for the delay I still have no quote!!! What do I need to do? Beg? Would not recommend wasting your time, just use someone else.
