The staff especially Macella Pakuria is very helpful. The agreement process is easy and hassle free. The deliver is on time. The state of the furniture's supplied is in excellent condition.The process to return items is also seamless. This place is the best in wellington in terms of rates and convenience. There is no charge for loading and unloading of furniture. They are on time and at times based on the stock the order is received and dispatched in no time.I got the time to settle my family during the transition time thanks to Mt Rental
Highly recommend- they made the whole process easy. We rented furniture for 6 weeks while we waited for ours to arrive from overseas. Both office staff and delivery/pick up staff polite, friendly and prompt.
Diabolical service! No communication between owner and customer which resulted in the dryer being picked up without any warning. The whole time we had the dryer we never had a letter, email, phone call or voice mail to talk to us about the mix-up in payment, which we would have been more than happy to rectify IF we had known about it. Terrible customer service, has taken no ownership of the problem and would never rent from this branch again!
