Fantastic support staff at the reception area, and some wonderful doctors as well. One grumpy nurse, but the rest are fantastic. Very happy with the practice as a whole and have recommended to friends to move to this practice (and they have, and they are also a lot happier with their medical needs being met, and feeling that the doctor is listening to them).

Always waiting over an hour for appointments. I understand emergencies do happen, but this is the third time waiting over and hour. Getting fed up with the wait. Don't confirm an appointment time when the wait is going to be an hour past the initial appointment time!!!!!!

VERY incompetent reception staff, who cannot complete a simple task such as faxing a prescription for medication i rely on, on time, or correctly. absolutely useless, unhelpful and difficult to deal with, and don't deliver on a service that I have to pay extra for while being blunt and rude. would give 0 stars. My doctor on the other hand is quite good.

My doctor is absolutely lovely, but she not the best doctor and doesn't go the extra mile for her clients (knowing their history). The reason why a lot of people don't go to the doctor is because they get turned away without a full inspection. Also, one receptionist can be very rude.
