Wow! I do not normally write reviews, but this is an exception! we have a big house, two dogs, and have had a succession of useless expensive vacuum cleaners. We identified a promising one (Henry) but wanted the Henry Extra which is suggested for animal hairs. One email to Mike at Proquip, who advised that he could make up a Henry Extra. We paid by Internet Banking on a Sunday evening, and received our Henry on Tuesday, despite level 3 lockdown. Trialled Henry the same day---unbelievable. Not a dog hair left in the place!! Cannot say enough about the whole service. Thanks to the whole team at Proquip. David
