Not just another bad storage company but possibly the most evil one as well. I stored my household contents and car with these people when I moved to start a new job in Perth, Aus. 3 weeks into my stay there, I was badly assaulted and left for dead. My family had no choice but to fly me back to South Africa to heal. After about 10 days, I contacted this company and spoke to a lovely lady who said they would sell my stuff and send me the money after deducting expenses (about 4 weeks rental which was covered by the deposit). I happily sent them the keys to my storage unit, the keys to my car, and all the warranties for my household goods to make it easier for them to sell my stuff. After 1 month, I called and found out that they had received my parcel and were in the process of selling. After 4 months, and never hearing from them, I contacted them again. This time I got an email from the owner saying I was in breach of my contract and they had sold my items to recoup their losses. What losses, Store-it? You sold about 10,000 worth of gear after I told you about my circumstances at the earliest possible time? Hell has a place waiting for you.

Great storage facility if your needing something clean and well secure!
Ladies is the office absolutely polite & lovely although the guy who I understand is the Manager needs a attitude check as he is rude & abrupt. Storage place is very clean and tidy. Access is fantastic.
Had needed a safe and secure place to store my house hold items while overseas and when I got back with looking for a flat. Store-it offered a clean and safe solution to my needs. With easy access to my unit with convenient hours to do so. Had my possessions stored for 7 months. Tracey from Store-it did a fantastic job setting me up and getting me a great valued package! Would recommend Store -it to others. All the staff are very helpful and friendly!
I have already written a review but I will write again as I believe your service is awesome. The facilities are clean and dry and every time I have visited my unit there has never been any problems getting in and out of the facility. I have recommended your services to my friends and family should they ever need them.
Excellent experience at the Wingate branch. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Very professional staff - I mainly dealt with Sharyn who was very friendly and helpful. Easy access. Safe and secure. Would definitely use these facilities again.
Stored our house worth of items with Store-It whilst we waited for settlement of our new house. Their facilities were clean, secure and well managed. The staff were friendly, and very helpful. Their hire truck was also very useful, and drove well, albeit a little small for moving a whole house. Highly recommended, we will use them again in the future without hesitation.
Excellent service - the staff made all my worries about storing thinga disappear. Space provided was excellent and in pristine condition. Nothing was too much effort and monthly reminder communications have been nice, always positive and no spam emails, so you know they are keeping all your details safe, secure and private.
