I have only good things to say about Switch Dental. From the reception staff to the dentist - everyone is welcoming and friendly. I have a son who does not enjoy dental visits at all, but he was put at ease, more so than any other dentist he has seen. Thank you Switch Dental.

Very good customer service. The dentist gave very detailed description and solutions to your teeth. And the efficiency is good, it's easy to book an appointment. I would like to recommend them!
The staff at Switch Dental are very friendly and professional. I was particularly impressed by the consultation process, being very thorough and accomodating. Lovely caring team, always friendly over the many years I've been going there. Careful and gentle dental work - I rarely need anesthesic, although it is always offered. Clean modern equipment and rooms. Excellent use of technology to track dental health. Great communication about what is happening and possible treatments. I highly recommend them to everyone looking for a dentist in Lower Hutt. Thanks Alex, Daphne, Aira and the rest of the Switch dental team.
Switch Dental are amazing - all the staff are friendly and really do care. Right from the very first phone call they've been understanding about my fear of the dentist, and worked to help me get the work I needed done. Sedation was easy to arrange for my root canal & wisdom teeth extraction, and everything was done at my pace. I can highly recommend Dr Alex and the team at Switch... they're very positive and patient, and do an amazing job.
Have been going here for the past 18 months and very happy with the thoroughness of work done and advice given. In particular Sarah the hygenist is a pleasure to see. She's warm, friendly and has a 6th sense for when you might need a break from the clean. I wholeheartedly recommend Sarah and the whole team to anyone needing dental work in the Hutt Valley.
