Had a cake to be made by another person, this was cancelled 5 days before my son's 5th birthday party, he was having a transformers cake. Thank you Cheesecake factory for making it happen, the cake was delicious and had lots of comments. Had great customer service as well.

Went into the Cheesecake shop to get a non-chocolate cake. The cheesecake was a strawberry one about an an inch and a half in height and about maybe a little over 30cms in diameter. The cheesecake was surprisingly heavy. A sign that its dense and possibly full of cream cheese. Yum. The cake did not disappoint.

We ordered for a unicorn cake with rainbow sponge cake inside for our daughters 6th birthday today which cost us over 100. I was expecting too much I suppose. Will never buy from there again. The sponge cake was as a sponge cake is ment to be but the decoration was below average, the icing was hard to cut into. So barely managed to scramble/scrape 17 slices. We had to throw away all the icing cause it was just as if your eating margarine. What a horrible mess. Cause the whole cake mushed up could not even get one decent slice. It didn't look like it was freshly made on the day. So very angry, upset and disappointed. It was our daughter 6th birthday party and the parents didn't even get to have a slice cause, some one decided to put royal icing on a very soggy cake, instead of applying butter cream icing which would have been appropriate for that cake. The colours very not vibrant either. The kids didn't get to enjoy the cake as all the cold had icing ended up in the bin. So upset and angry.
