Asking questions is always an important part of determining whether you want to use the services at hand. I appreciate Robbie may have 50 years experience doing Furniture Restoration, but when you ask questions and he snaps and bites at every turn as if he doesn't want the business then I guess I'd rather seek out someone who firstly wants to listen, and then provide the services I need. Perhaps you should have someone else answer your phone for you so that your mood and ill manner doesn't dissuade genuine customers seeking genuine service.
We had a veneered coffee table that was really badly damaged but this guy brought it back to new, nice job.
