bad service, awful response rate, wouldn't recommend! Tried to arrange some quotes through them. After the initial contact I followed up three times (even called) over the course of 10 days and haven't heard back at all. I was assured on the phone to receive an updated quote that day. Been almost a week and of course nothing came from it. Seems like they're too good for the job we got. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone as I believe you shouldn't trust a business that doesn't even have the common curtesy to respond to enquiries or at least let you know that they won't be helping you further. Massive waste of time! No idea how you can run a business like that/ have employees that treat customers that way.
