Good selection of songs, better selection of drinks I found. With good karaoke selections in the city somewhat limited, I reckon it's a toss up betwern Luxury or Sky karaoke. If you're a karaoke enthusiast & Sky bar is full, definitely give this place a check!

Came by after dinner without booking and was able to get a 2 hour session. The room we were in looked a bit dirty, as with the couch. They have a few large booklets for song selections, you pick the number and input it into the remote. You could try and look for something on the computer but it would cover a large portion of the TV. Many of the songs we did didn't have the exact rendition of the songs so unless you knew it really well you could easily miss where you're at. The selection itself was ok albeit a bit on the old side.
A honest review from someone who has been to many karaoke places: PROS: -wide variety of music selection in their system -can purchase drinks and snacks to accommodate with singing -sound system does not echoes -has air con -the remote/controller is in English CONS: -service was no good. My experience: Made a booking and was 5min late, they refused to delay the timer, even though it was confirmed that it wasn't busy and they answered that they were able to let us extend three hours, yet they wouldn't allow a delay on timer for 5min. We questioned why, however, they refused to tell us, and demanded us to leave. It wasn't as if we were shouting, we were just wondering why, but they couldn't come up with a reason. - environment is not the best. For the many times I've been here, it always seems to be sticky and dirty, I sometimes come out of the rooms sneezing because it's dusty , so if you have a sensitive nose....good luck. -No disposable mic covers, especially during this Pandemic times, health and safety should be a huge priority. It would be nice to see this happen. THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND: -An ID check occurs -A bag search will also occur, they would literally look through your bags. So keep that in mind. -If you made a booking, the timer starts not when you arrive, but when the booking is, so make sure you arrive on time. I personally suggest not booking and just show up. They are really pesky about their bookings, even when it isn't busy.
Had a really excellent experience here. Our IDs were checked...very quick process. The room was spacious (we had 5 people), great selection of songs to choose from. Staff were helpful and microphone covers were provided upon request. When we went, there were many people. Bathrooms were clean when we were there, and the place was well lit (I expected it to be quite dark based on the reviews). The only thing was that the drinks and snacks were quite pricey
Good air conditioning usually and quality of sound and mics very good. Song selection is good and updated. Sometimes you can get an English control panel which is rather rare for karaoke places. A fair price for group rooms and usually friendly service.
Great vibes. Lots of selection and the staff are quite attentive and happy to help. Big selection of songs but I hope you know how to use that damn remote control
When we arrived, this place seemed dungeonesque but that wasnt surprising seeing as its underground in the city. We were happy to just continue on with our night. Myself and 5 others were evidently being watched like hawks on the cameras as at one point an older man came storming in screaming in our face and searching for something. He was accusing someone of vaping (which admittedly one of the friends had done without the rest of us realizing) I understand this is a breach if the policy and expected to get some sort of stern warning or asked to leave, but this guy was going CRAZY! He was screaming in my friends face so much he got spit on her, and was threatening us with the police. We ended up being kicked out after 30 minutes after paying for 2 hours. I honestly couldn't believe how aggressive this man was, it was terrifying and I've worked in R18 stores before throughout the night - it is absolutely a way to have something horrendous happen. I would def steer clear of this place. The younger guy seemed fine but the older man was clearly in charge of everything and extremely nasty.
Daughter went here and first room the music wouldn't work, so they got moved to another room. In this room one of the mics wouldn't work, so they asked the attendant to fix it. The attendant didn't seem to know how to, so they had no option but to leave. They asked for a refund , but were told there were only half refunds, even though they never got to sing. In the end they got a hand written voucher for 40 mins at a future date (even though they paid for an hour), but they are not keen to go back after that experience.
