I rang for some advice and was so relieved to receive their friendly helpful tips over the phone, and luckily it was sorted by phone. My confidence was bulstered when I was told that if we couldn't resolve over the phone, that they'd send help to my home! Now that is Old Fashioned Service! Thank goodness it still exists! Top people to deal with.

Great service before getting away in holiday! Sorted a wiper blade that had been incorrectly fitted by a retailer, let me know my battery was getting to it's best by, warrent, change of oil etc. Much appreciated.
