Woody’s Free Range Farm is nestled in the foothills of the Tararua Ranges, just north of the Kapiti Coast. It is in this temperate location that our pigs are free to roam in paddocks on our 80 acre farm. Our pigs are 100% free range, which means they are bred and reared outside on the farm. We specialise in rare breed pigs, namely Devon Large Black and Berkshires. Woody’s Farm is a registered rare breed stud with the NZ Pig Breeders Association. Woody’s pigs are fed on a nutritionally-balanced feed, and are free to indulge their natural propensity for rooting and grazing.
