Mansfield took care of dry cleaning my wedding dress. Its a intricately full beaded custom dress with a full train. It had a stain from long lasting deep red lipstick on the bodice and the expected grass and dirt marks from a wedding day.Mansfield took care of it. It came back with no sign of the stains. I opted for the keepsake box and i was so blown away. It was packed so delicately. Im so confident that it will remain in perfect condition after the care and attention they showed. Thank you Mansfield you really are superstars.

Went to pick up my silk top on Friday 22nd, in time to wear for Christmas, only to be informed that they had meant to ring me to let me know that it had been damaged by a pen left in another garment and pen marks had now been left over various parts of my top. They said they were going to check with their master dry cleaner to see if they could be removed. Asked when this would be. Tomorrow after they opened was the reply. Interestingly enough their notice stated they would be closed on this day but gave them the benefit of the doubt. No phone call, not a word and here it is Christmas Eve with no top to wear. The compensation of 350 for the top had better come quicker than their answer to my question.
Every time we use this place they deliver the goods. We had brand new lounge curtains purchased on a recent trip to India to meet our daughter in laws family. There were some rust stains on these beautiful curtains. Robin once again did his magic and we have no marks at all now. Thanks you guys you are the best. Ann
I have been taking my laundry to the dry cleaners for over 30 years. When visiting this place of business I was shocked when to girl working the counter insisted the I count the items I was dropping of and then she proceeded to lecture me on how I needed to ensure that all garments needed to be unbuttoned before they would take them. My first thought was I have been getting my dry cleaning done longer than this girl had been on the earth and second I have never had anyone request that at the cleaners. What has happened to service??? I found a much more agreeable experience at their competitors just up the road. I won’t return to Mansfield’s as it doesn’t appear that they need or want my business.
Great drycleaners. Really friendly staff. Went out of their way to get a mark out of my dress that I wasn't holding out much hope for so am thrilled.
Efficient service. Recently made a great job of cleaning a couple of large duvets .
Customer service at best incompetent at worse abusive (staff dropping f*bombs about/at me in latest visit) Quite shocking. Save yourself the drama and go somewhere else, I will be from now on.
Unfortunately I had an awful experience with this dry cleaners and would not recommend them to anyone. I took my wedding dress in to have it dry-cleaned and they damaged it! I had to have my dress maker fix it after getting it back from them. The dress did not look as though it had been cleaned at all. Although they refunded my money (eventually), they did not cover the cost of having it fixed by the dress maker as they had said they would and never replied to me. I have since had it properly cleaned at another dry cleaners.
