Estelle has amazing customer service, she was helping us with a fish tank and broke down everything we would need and giving us the best options. Amazing customer service will personally look for her next time we come in. Thank you Estelle !! Edit: We ended up buying the tank, Ashley recognized us from the following day and was also super lovely and super friendly. These girls are fabulous our one stop shop for any of our fish needs.

The betta needed attention so I headed to visit the amazing Jen and wonderful Sareena to get some much appreciated advice to help Darth Betta out of his dilemma. Sareena has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to fish and teamed with Jen you just can’t go wrong. I find the staff have always provided me with the best customer service and I have always walked away happy. Thank you both for the fantastic work you do to ensure everyone (fish, cats, dogs, small animals and humans) are well cared for! You are all the absolute best!

Very little in regards to pet fish accessories. Couldn't find any aqua soil nor any help with aqua plants. Sad really since they lost the right to sell live pets. You'd think they would gain more revenue by catering to what they could sell (fish) seeing as the closest fish specialists is mt roskill. Missed the ball on this one.

I just love pet stores because most of them have “Live” animals that I always want to take home. This store today had a few very cute rabbits and cats. They also had the cheekiest turtle that would try to nip your finger though his glass enclosure. They also have a fabulous range of fish and aquariums with some very cute accessories. You can also book into use their DIY dog wash Bay and buy bulk pet litter.

I walked in one day last week. One lady was at the counter helping customers and one was cleaning fish tanks, which is fine by me, they were doing their jobs. What made my experience bad was that there was a short girl who was wearing sun glasses on her head and she looked straight at me when I needed assistance and just turned around and walked away. This isn’t the first time I have seen her wearing sunglasses on the top of her head! How rude and unprofessional that is to be wearing that in your work place when you are presenting yourself to customers!! Very unhappy with her, somebody clearly needs to read the uniform code to her again, because I’m pretty sure it wouldn’t include something as sleazy as that!!
