I have emailed five times over the last month and a half and got no reply. I know the email address works as they replied to me on it a couple of months ago. I bought a dishwasher online and then to my surprise it will not get delivered for a month and a half as they have no stock. I paid for installation however they did not install as I did not have a hole drilled in my cabinet. Who knew?! I am emailing for answers as to why they allowed me to buy an out of stock item and to get a refund for the installation that never happened. 3 months on and I still do not have a working dishwasher. I would never buy from Noel Leeming again. They deserve zero stars

Fantastic service, efficient issue of invoice, quick confirmation funds were cleared and easy collection. It was great to see all staff participating in shop floor and product cleaning first thing in the morning, it looked like a great team to work with, all happy and willing!

Staff friendly and willing to help but make sure what you buy is on sale. Been there 3 times this week, only to have the items I purchased discounted for sale the following days. Would have saved me hundreds.

I bought my son a laptop and had to order the cover in which was fine. Upon trying to pick up the cover, we were waiting over 20 minutes with soo many people on the till- after they'd serve the customer, they'd leave again. When a lady came to get her click and collect- she got served immediately- I am confused at why our pick up order is so different? They still need to get it from a cupboard, ours was paid for already etc. So many people working on the floor yet having to wait almost half an hour for somwthing already paid for is ridiculous! I have bought many things from there but will never shop there again with piss poor customer service.
