Not pleased. Very nice young lady carried out my test and I was pleased with the result. Then, when I handed over my own frames to have new prescription lenses fitted I was told: "Sorry, these aren't Specsavers' frames, we can't use them; you must buy new ones."

An appointment that was a unnecessary waste of time and by that I mean two hours of phaffing around by staff performing examinations that amounted to nothing. All I asked was my prescription to be updated so I could purchase new glasses. Lord have mercy, staff there have hearing problems as they kept upselling product's I firmly but politely declined the entire time I was there. It was exhausting having to deal with staff tag teaming you into purchasing add-ons, that weren't relevant to my prescription. I eventually got what I wanted, not the other way around and left knackered. I've had quite a bit of time to think about my experience with Manukau Specsavers and I've come to the conclusion, I'm never going back...ever.

Wonderful staff!! Although the store was really busy staff member Jessica was absolutely lovely and patient. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and with a beautiful smile. Excellent customer service and Thank you to Jessica for being so charismatic and kind despite being overloaded with duties.

This is a really busy store and all the staff are very kind and patient to serve customers with work enthusiasm. The store owner and manager are humble, like to hear all the voices and improve service. They can consider on customer stand and always try their best to solve problems to meet customers need. This is second time I have been this store with my little boy and really happy with our experience. Thanks again to everyone and all the best!

I had a lovely experience the other day in specsavers! I was looking for a new pair of glasses and a lady named Jessica helped me tremendously to find a fitting pair, she was very lovely and patient. Very helpful staff and wide range.
