Ti Rakau KFC are you joking? Ordered two large chips takeaway, the chip box was only half full. If you were a franchise I hope your boss Restaurant Brands is going to have a serious conversation about it. Not first time.

All the other reviews about cleanliness and safety standards were true. I ordered dine-in with mashed potato in it, but didn’t have spoon in my bag. So I went up to ask for one. The cashier deliberately threw the spoon on the counter, even though I had my hands ready to take the spoon from her. Way to get bacteria and virus! She could’ve wrapped the spoon in a tissue. You get what you pay for. From cheap meals to cheap service.

You guys always disappoint me by forgetting our bloody orders. First of all you don’t do two separate transactions like any other food chain and second of all you we are always missing an order and this is the third time it has happened. Please work on your accuracy before you speed things up. Need an assertive manager who can bloody double check and point the finger at your employees for making these f&@n mistakes. All the time man!

Recently placed an order and got over over cooked patty burger. I tried to ring them four times to make a complaint but no one answered. Never ever gona make any order from this place. Poor quality of food. So finally Manager picked the call and was really rude. He asked to come over there to replace the burger. When I asked for refund he asked me to come over there. What a waste of time and money . I think he needs some training to deal with customer. Poor Service and full attitude. I want to give zero star but without pressing one star it won’t let me in. Manager doesn’t know how to deal with customer. His talking way was full of attitude.When I told him I can see his attitude his reply was “me too”.
