Sending a HUUUUUGGGE thank you to Tomo, Andrew and Malcolm for their help in getting me into my new little Suzuki Swift. I'd had my previous car for 10 years and it was definitely on it's way out so getting this new vehicle was a big deal for me. I just want you guys to know that I really appreciated your help and awesome customer service. Much appreciation for making the process super easy and for being so friendly. Not bad for one car but defiantly wouldn’t go back 3rd time round first car good second car drove it for 7 month and had nothing but problems to find out the problems was one that would have been there before I brought the car didn’t not even go on the motorway with it almost a 7000 dollar car for 7 months tried contacting but didn’t get far due to Covid havnt even had it two years and to get it fixed would be better buying a new not very happy at all check the cars properly before buying best thing would be taking it to a mechanic before buying from here sorry but feel ultra ripped off with second car I got from here
I’m delighted to recommend the wonderful guys, Raj Paul & Andrew Choy at Kilburn & Budget Cars. Their gentle, friendly approach was much appreciated. They took the time to listen to our needs & nothing was too much trouble for them. Never once did I feel pressured or get a ‘fake’ vibe from them. Genuine, knowledgeable & professional. I can’t recommend them enough.
