The new 100% recyclable packaging is a great idea. I was most impressed by the strength of the recyclable bag that my products arrived in today. There is absolutely no way that package would be damaged or become insecure. I also liked the fact that it fitted the products snugly without any waste space. Well done My Natural Health. Once again leaders in your field.

Super impressed. Only place in NZ that I could find the Blackmores supplements I wanted and at a really reasonable price AND delivered within 2 days during level 3 lockdown. Thank you so much! Loved the hand written note too. I will definitely be ordering again.

had a terrible experience. Made my order 2 weeks ago and everything I ordered looked in stock and thats why I ordered. They were all essential items too. Never heard from my package again, When I contacted them asking for my order , they said they were waiting for one of my orders to arrive . I told them to send the rest of it and cancel the other out of stock item. Never heard from them back . THEY GOT MY MONEY AND YOU GET NO FEEDBACK OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Watch out guys

Started off with excellent service, then it all went wrong. I did not require the product after seeing my Naturopath, so contacted My Natural Health to seek a solution. Instant answers to my emails and very helpful about me sending the product back, which I did. Then NOTHING HAPPENED, no answers to my emails both to Wendy in Customer Services and on the website, and NO REFUND - this did eventually happen days later. Overall not Very good Customer Service !!!!
