Pretty disappointing being told the appointment would cost one amount and then getting there to be told the cost would actually be double...and the receptionist getting snippy at me when I told her I was going to have to work out how to pay for it. Having a pricing sheet shoved in my face while I'm already upset isn't going to help anything.

Attended twice now for pregnancy scans. Both good experiences, phone booking was fast, helpful, receptionist was polite. Sonographer was very polite & helpful.

Very unhappy with the service we received recently for a pregnancy Ultrasound. I called and asked if they offer 4D imaging which the lady said they did. I booked and then when I attended the appointment the specialist told my very rudely that they do not offer this service. I found the specialist to be very dismissive and rude. Would not go back again.

I called to book an appointment for ultrasound. The lady who answered the call was very rude and impolite. Really need to be taught "How to Talk to Customers". Will never recommend them to anyone.

Waited nearly over an hour. The lady that did my scan was so rude. I got a call on my phone just walking to the room and she rudely interrupted me and said are you done yet when I just answered my phone. Through out the scan she was slamming the keyboard draws in & out also pressing the keyboard so hard like she was fighting with the keyboard. Rushing and pressed my stomach so hard I told her that it was too hard and sore, said oh well I need to get this done... then my daughter quietly asked me something then the lady rudely told her to be quiet and sit down.. I was that close to kickin her head in at that point. Your lucky I'm not naming and shaming you right now. You deserve a 0 and don't recommend to anyone.

We have just had our 20-week antenatal scan today and I'd like to specially thank Rose who was our sonographer for her professionalism. We left with a really good feeling.

Very bad experience. Went with my wife for her 20 week anatomy scan with no special requirements but even after having the document they first refused because the midwife didn't mention normal scan. Apparently they can't do any scan legally without notes which is bullocks because if the patient consents for a regular scan then there should be no reason for denying and if anything gets missed due to no specification then they have the document as proof anyway. OK this was just the first part, now during scan the sonographer had a very rude tone and she just didn't share any info whereas when we went to Auckland Radiology they always keep telling us showing different parts of baby and its movements. also, their process is so broken, as when they know that this particular scan takes an hour, then why did they make an appointment for 30 mins? She left the scan in the middle and asked us to come back after 2 weeks and that leaves both of us waiting for 2 weeks worrying. Its an experience and TRG didn't leave any strings to make it worse. Don't go there if you have an option as your experience will be ruined for sure.

I did not like the way I was treated and how many times they asked me the same questions over and over again and appear to be paranoid you are someone out to get them or wreck their machinery- but you are to trust them and feel okay with everything they do or do not communicate to you regardless of your feelings toward them. This clinic does not even take the time to explain what they are doing while they are doing it. I felt like I was getting admitted into a prison and treated as if I were a criminal. All the staff were Kiwi and there were no ethnic minorities working when I was there. I would never go back even if they were the last Radiologists in Auck- I would drive to Tauranga or Hamilton first. Also I could hear people talking even in the dressing room and they never offered to lock my stuff for me- here again- you are to trust them and their staff but they do not have to trust you. A one way street here. That is Auck attitude overall- their way or the highway! It is not friendly and it is not comfortable. Many things happened and I do not wish to point them all out. The staff also seem to be very gossipy and clicky. I felt like I was at a high school to be frank. They provided me a unclean eye guard that other people have used and they also required I wear earplugs which had to be the cheapest earplugs on the planet that someone could buy as they never expand in your ears after they pinch them very tight for you without asking. Control, unprofessional, no trust of you as their client- those are the pitfalls. They also seem to not care if they inconvenience you or overlook information- they will provide excuses but you have none... it appears you have no rights at this clinic and that they treat you like a puppet.
