After doing adwords myself for a while I was approached by Marketing Results who promised a better return on my investment. At first I didn't believe paying them a fee would get me a better return as I would rather use that money on my ads but they set it up so my ads are always on top and never down the side and my calls increased hugely after they started managing it. The owner of this company is also associated with, The Web Guys and Kiwi Web Design. He contacted my brothers company bad mouthing their current provider making up stories which sent us into a panic thinking we had lost everything we spent money on only to find out it was all a lie!!!! You deceived us just to get our business by instilling fear that we had lost our investment - I would not EVER deal with Sam Raines, Richard or Ben ( the names i was given from my brother) if you have to acquire business by bad mouthing other businesses then that says a lot about you and your operation.
We paid the 50% deposit upfront and received nothing in return other than a template with the company logo stuck in it, which we weren't happy with. It was supposed to take 4-5 weeks, and now we are 10 months in, endless hours of chasing for updates and never getting replies. We have filed a complaint with the Disputes Tribunal now. I wish I had seen this review before taking them on, and I hope no one else has to go through the same terrible experience.
The web guys have put us on page one organically for all our highly competitive keywords like ''Printed Packaging'' Highly recommended!
