It pains me to give these guys even one star! In the middle of a life threatening crisis to a litter of pedigree kittens caused by misinformation given to us by Tony Noyes, they refused treatment because we had an outstanding bill.They were rude and heartless and only interested in lining their pockets. We took our kittens to Palmerston North for treatment but by that time they were beyond saving. Took this to the Veterinary Council who were a joke and of course, Noyes lies to save his butt and they are all in each others pockets anyway. Great example of how parochial and nasty New Zealand has become. Will never forgive or forget.
