So impressed and grateful to Sean who helped me this evening. Our business printer died a horrible death and he sorted me with the fastest, most suitable option in time for opening hours tomorrow morning. Not only did he go through every printer option with me until I'd decided there was only one that we should get.. he sorted the right ink to go with it and settled a stressed out local with the perfect product at the perfect price. Thank you Sean!!!! You're the BEST!!! We are Hugely grateful to you!

Unfortunately in my experience the staff do not know their own products or where they are in store, are very unhelpful, have no customer service skills and are borderline rude. They don't know how to do their job and have little to no knowledge of the technology and "services" they provide. They are quick to say what I have done wrong but cannot tell me what is right. Have taken my business else where and wont be back. Unfortunately thanks to useless staff I am 70.00 out of pocket with a product that is useless to me.

After spending over 300 on little bits we are told no bags and no other options were given, even to buy a bag.It was great trying to walk back to the car with 4 kids. Not friendly staff today!

Do not print here! I wanted to print few documents. Staff told me that I need to get a card and top it Up. I did it. Then I tried to print it on self-service printer. That didnt recognise my phone as a USB (even tho I never had a problem like that in another stores). Ok, nevermind, I informed staff about the issue. They told me if its all PDF to send it on their machine to get a code, or if its not, to send it directly to stores email, and they will print it. I had one nonPDF file, so I sent the email directly to them. The young lady reluctantly printed what I asked for. Then I wanted to pay. Well, I was informed I cant pay with that worthless topup card, I need to pay cash or debit/eftpos card. WTF. I purposedly buy credit on that card and now I can shove it up my ***. The bonus was, when I came home I realized the young lady didnt gave me all of the printed documents that I payed for. Just use another store. Dont print here. Its rubish!

I use the store purely because the company I work for has an account there otherwise I'd avoid it at all cost. The staff are uninterested and will only do the very bare minimum to help you. Regularly I have encounted staff who are unsure of their products and pass the buck to someone else who are just as useless, some staff won't walk the legnth of the shop to help find something on the shelf. I've ordered products a few time but never get rung to say its arrived or printing is ready and have even been lied to saying messages were left on my answer phone... I don't have an answer phone. Most products are good but you can get them all at The Warehouse for the same price and get better service.

Usually great C.S from staff, a new face today - whilst I had waited patiently for the employee to get round to serving me - I had struck up a conversation with another Consumer standing next to me. The employee just butted in, as if she was completely unaware 2 individual's were having a conversation. She didn't even say "excuse me....." I had to edumacate her "did you not notice we were talking (myself and other Consumer)?" the employee said "sorry". The fact that she was printing off my business that I'm developing C.C.S - Consumer Courtesy Skills AND wearing the Tee shirt.......didn't give the employee and idea about Communicative Courtesy? If 2 Customer's (Consumer's) are talking to each other, you either wait ...Serve someone else or question "Excuse me....thank you for your patience, would you like to be served now or shall I serve someone else until you're ready?" But no. To have the skills of a child to just butt into two adults having a conversation is either completely Unaware or Ignorance, especially when an individual replies "sorry" so quickly? If they're sorry? Why do it in the first place? I did explain to her, and that this is my expertise area. IF Customer's (Consumer's) ...while waiting for Service, have a conversation - they are allowed to. To just butt in as if completely unaware two adults are in a conversation (whom are patiently waiting for Service I might add) is the height of ignorance and I would expect they from a much younger individual. The fact the employee was in the over 40 age bracket, and is a new face there shows she has some Skills to learn still. Communication and understanding Courtesy is something New Zealander's have a problem with and everyone really needs to start using their words or else they will have someone like me .....to teach them. Warehouse Stationery Masterton are usually known for excellent Customer Service, but there's always going to be a few hiccups now and then. Tihei Mauri Ora. Aileen Haeata
