Our spa pool was in working order, the technician came to show us how to use it and when he left it no longer worked. I tried to come to a solution but all they would offer was the part at cost plus their labour costs, over 1000. Not a good compromise and he didn’t even apologise!! Do not use these guys.

I'm sure you dread me making contact but you are very professional, courteous and friendly. 3 probably or more times you have been out to fix/replace different things. Maybe we just get a new spa next time...
