Burgers were pretty much thrown at the wrapping and cheese was over halfway out the burger but after putting it all back together it was just fine. We stopped in here after spending the day in Hampton downs racetrack for an event. The place was very busy as it seems everyone else had the same Idea. The drive through was so full it had spilled onto entranceway to mall carport which made it difficult to get to car park area but once inside McDonald's the staff were working hard and we didn't have to wait too long for out food. Maybe 10min at most. I was disappointed that we weren't able to fill our own drinks though as I like mixing raspberry with coke. Overall easy fix meal went down well

One of the more unusual Maccas I have been to. The location in a larger foodhall is quite unnerving, even eerie, when all the other stores are shut. The food and service are exactly what you would expect.

20 mins waiting in drive thru, from the time of payment, to completely receiving our order. We were the only car for at least 5 of those mins so it wasn't busy. 1 star for the staff member who was well mannered, polite and apologized for the wait, otherwise it would be no stars. I have visited Mercer McDonald's on previous occasions and have found them to be slow in general but this particular visit was ridiculous. I strongly recommend making the trip further north or south to one of the other McDonalds.

Was not clean at all. Good was the same as all other McDonald's. Had no other option for food so was a stop of desperation for the kids. There is lots of space outside for the kids to run around.
