Fantastic friendly service! Dennis and the mechanics very quickly and expertly adjusted the suspension on my GSXR1000 the afternoon before a track day. The difference was night and day. Before it was skittish and unsettled and kept trying to bounce me off. After, it was 200% more stable and confidence inspiring. Felt like a different bike. Gear is reasonably priced and they really help you stay within budget but with good quality. They were recommended by workmates and what a great shop!

Not exactly 'Mega'. Barely anything in the place unless you want a jacket. Couple times I've been in there they haven't even had basic bits in stock, brake pads, horn, oil filter.

Many Thanks to the guys at Mega for the swift supply and fit of a rear tyre. No fuss or bother and cheaper than any of the other quotes I had. Thanks again guys

The work appears to be good but unfortunately the communication with the customer needs some serious work. Twice I have ordered parts form them and neither time was I called to arrange a time to get them installed. When I got the tyre installed dI wasn't called to be told when it was ready for pickup. When I got the 2nd part installed I wasn't called to be let know that my bike didn't get worked on all day due to other jobs getting in the way and that it would need to stay overnight to be done the next day. Sorry Mega, but you need to communicate better. I should be the one having to call up to ask if a part has arrived or if my bike is finished.

I bought a battery from here which failed for reasons as yet unknown and Mega motorcycle replaced it no worries. Then that battery failed and once again they replaced it no worries. This store really stands behind their products and have amazing customer service.

Contact is very poor everytime i call I get told someone will call me back not once have I had a ph call returned with no help getting parts. Not the first time either
