Rude and unprofessional interaction. Booked an appointment wasn’t told what to bring, was sent away after taking time off work to make the appointment and told we would get an email with some paper work to be filled out. Didn’t receive an email. Called back to follow up and was told we would get a call back to discuss. Didn’t receive a call back so I called again to be dismissed and told to go somewhere else by a very rude woman who then said thank you and hung up on me.
