Staffs are very friendly. They will help you to find you what you are looking for. You can even browse products on their computer which provided for the visitors to check online. Store is well organised also in a beautiful location. Love the view from both inside & outside of the store.

I brought a braclet for my fiance here with a lifetime warranty. After them repairing twice they agreed to replace it with a new one. Even though I purchased it at a different location the manager was amazing and gave me a great experience. They got the braclet sized again no charge and got it to me in time to give back to her for our anniversary party tomorrow night. Very happy with Michael Hill and their staff.

Brought a ring here (600).Within two weeks it broke so I took it back. The staff member remembered me and we sourced the same style that fitted. Unfortunately after a month that one broke too... Again they replaced the ring and I haven't had any issues since (a year ago now)
