My girls love their teachers and that is what every community should be paying attention on!! If our kids are getting the full attention from teachers and the knowledge they need to learn more and also good communication with teachers and their students Is what makes our kids future more promising!!! Whaiora Hotere

The Pohutukawa Bilingual Villa is a wonderful school with a warm whanau feeling to it as soon as you walk through the doors. Small class sizes facilitated by inspirational teachers. Engaging, relevant topics and learning for my daughter to do. The school buildings are small but they utilise the many sporting, natural and recreational facilities surrounding them, so the students have more opportunities to engage with the community. My daughter and niece catch 2 buses to get to school. It’s well worth the travel as they’re happy and eager to go to school everyday. He mihi mahana tenei ki nga kaiako o te kura nei.

The pupils are VERY impolite and reck the bus ride home for students from other schools. They swear and leave litter all over the place. Its funny because the think they're cool...HA.
