Great little gem in the countryside. If visiting Pukaha sanctuary, give this model railways set up a visit. 40 years of work, amazing display.

We like this place. The menfolk were absorbed for a hour at least and were glad to buy some additions for our own model trainset at home - prices are 15% cheaper than anywhere else and there is a very good range available. The females in our family who were not so interested in trains were comfy on a couch reading books. There is tea and coffee available too.

So quaint. If you're passing between 10-4 Saturday or Sunday you must pull in. If you have even the slightest interest in trains or models you will love it. Also great for kids.
