We have a large patio area which we wanted enclosed. We obtained three quotes, two of them with no water ingress guarantees, very high prices and average quality proposals for design and materials. Gavin's quote stood out as a high quality design. It included water ingress warranty and was reasonably priced. It was quite a difficult project because everything had to be fitted within the constraints of the existing brick work, soffits and concrete flooring size variations from panel to panel. We are very happy with the end result. Top marks for the quality of materials, for the workmanship and the excellent communication throughout.
