Paid for a courtesy car while my car was getting fixed. The courtesy car randomly stopped working. Rang owner and he said i would have to get it sorted myself. Had to pay 90 to get it fixed. The next day stopped working again on the motorway. No apology. No jumper leads in their courtesy car. No offer of refund. They messaged the wrong number when my car was ready. Would never go back. He also knew i was heavily pregnant at the time. In all businesses that are customer facing things can go wrong....it's usually an opportunity to be honest and make things right....which strengthens customer loyalty. But this wasnt the case. Zero accountability.

Service is the key to any business and the team at Mike Butt Collision have that in spades! We had a 1998 Signature VT Holden Commodore which looked very tired, now it's back to it's former glory. Great service, great price. We couldn't be happier.
Entrusting your pride and joy to anybody to have work done on it is a huge step let alone a full panel and paint job but these guys understood this, took huge care and did a great job. It's hard work finding a good automotive outfit so when you do it should be shared.
Couldn’t have been more helpful especially as we were leaving New Zealand at the end of our stay and therefore out of the country during the time of repair and completion. Progress photos sent to us and vehicle delivered to a relative for us. Thanks Mike and Tony for a great job.
